Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury and Planning, Mr. Henry Rotich (2nd Right) and Director General /Chief Executive Officer, French Development Agency (AFD), Mr. Remy Rioux (3rd left) sign Credit Facility Agreements on June 21, 2018 at the National Treasury building in Nairobi. Witnessing the signing are among others: Cabinet Secretary for Water and Sanitation, Mr Simon Chelugui (Right) and the French Ambassador to Kenya , Mrs Kim Ramoneda (2nd Left).  
 
 
 
 
Two  Credit Facility Agreements were signed: Improvement of Drinking Water and Sanitation systems in Mombasa: Mwache Dam project (CKE. 1103 01 C) at Sh 14,760,000,000 and a Non-Sovereign loan of Sh 7,200,000,000 for Meru Wind Power Projects between KENGEN and the AFD. There was also the signing of two statement letters for two Credit Facility Agreements: Support Project to the Implementation of Public Finance Management Reforms (CKE 1130) at Sh 3,600,000,000 and Reinforcement of Electricity Transmission Network (RETNET)(CKE 1127 01J) at Sh 11,280,000,000.
