Rotich said Kenya has cumulatively received Sh 5.8 million Euros of Slovak Aid since 2004, and Euros of Slovak 1.2 million from the Slovak National Program for Official Development Assistance in 2013, adding that most of the Slovak Aid is channeled through NGOs and other through public institutions.
