Earlier today The National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Hon. John Mbadi  and Principal Secretary Dr. Chris Kiptoo held a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary for Education, Julius Migos Ogamba and Amb. Julius Kibet Bitok, the Principal Secretary, State Department for Basic Education.
