The National Treasury Cabinet Secretary, Hon. John Mbadi today appeared before the Senate Committee on Labour & Social Welfare to respond to various petitions touching on the delayed payment of pension to retired employees of the Kenya Railways Staff Retirement Benefits scheme, a proposed Honorarium for former councillors and dues claimed by former employees of the Kenya Cooperative Creameries under the Maziwa SACCO.
